Building upon the comprehensive features of the Track S5 system, Track S5+ introduces an additional layer of protection through the integration of a single-circuit immobilisation system. This feature is seamlessly incorporated into the utilisation of the ADR tags.
The vehicle is designed to start only when the authorised driver, possessing the correct ADR tag, is present. This unique security measure can be easily armed and disarmed within the user-friendly mobile app, providing added control and convenience.
In the unfortunate event of a theft, the monitoring team has the capability to remotely immobilise the vehicle. This action prevents the vehicle from starting, even if the thief is in possession of the keys and ADR tags, adding a robust safeguard against unauthorised usage.
Similar to Track S5, if a vehicle moves without the supplied ADR tags, the system will autonomously recognise the movement as unauthorised and discreetly alert the monitoring centre. The monitoring team promptly contacts the owner to verify if a theft has occurred, ensuring swift and efficient response in critical situations.
Please note that monthly monitoring subscription charges are not incorporated into the cost of the hardware and should be paid directly to the monitoring provider after installation completion. An active monitoring contract is mandatory to comply with your insurance provider's requirements and to access the connected vehicle features of the system. Additionally, you can then download the certificate of installation for your records.
